Challenging situations are not uncommon in complex construction projects. It is important to openly communicate contentious issues and resolve them promptly. This requires the ability to compromise and communicate in a solution-oriented manner. Our binding code of conduct forms the basis for the efficient resolution of errors and conflicts throughout the construction project.
This is what we do:
- Define of a binding code of conduct
- Establish a system for internal conflict resolution within the project team
- Introduce a solution-oriented error culture
- Share a joint project office with our construction partners
- Conduct specialised team training
- Use a shared communication platform (for example thinkproject!)
- Deploy out-of-court settlement methods (e.g. adjudication)
