TEAMCONCEPT® starts with the planning of your property. If desired, we can perform a needs analysis for your construction project and even help you to select construction partners.

You can only calculate every aspect of a construction project if all planning steps and services are coordinated. This is why TEAMCONCEPT® involves all participants at a very early stage, using the latest methods of a networked schedule.

Planning and building require great teamwork - and a process of development. We use regular planning workshops to deepen our shared understanding of the project.

How does partnering in both planning and construction look in practice? Jens Quade, Technical Director of the ZÜBLIN sub-division North, explains the principle.

6. We build a strong team spirit

When the construction phase begins, the construction team takes to the stage. It’s time for team training to begin. All members of the construction team get to know one other and we agree on common rules for working together.

7. We work with open books

When it comes to open-book contracts such as the GMP, construction costs are disclosed and jointly managed. All construction services that are not provided by us are commissioned in a joint purchasing process.

8. We constantly track construction costs

Trust is good, but knowledge is better: at TEAMCONCEPT® we check the construction costs on a monthly basis and compare them with the agreed target. This creates both cost certainty and transparency.

9. We make construction progress transparent

It's not bad if a project doesn't go exactly according to plan, but it is bad if you don't know about it. Our cycle control board is visible to everyone on the construction site and uses a traffic light system to show construction progress. We deploy LEAN management processes to prevent defects before they even happen.
