LEAN.construction

Lean construction processes
Superfluous and incorrectly set up processes can slow down and increase the cost of a construction project. The LEAN method is a holistic approach with which the planning, design and execution of construction tasks can be reduced to the bare essentials. The aim is to avoid any waste in the value creation process. To achieve this, we rely on takt control and permanent optimization in our construction projects.
This is what we do:
- We use mandatory LEAN principles and tools.
- We qualify our construction partners for LEAN.Construction at an early stage.
- We monitor the performance target of our construction project in short cycles.
- To ensure that the construction process is not delayed, the flow of resources, materials and information is closely linked.
- We visualize all steps with cycle control boards that are visible everywhere.
- We use innovative tools such as digital component tracking.
- We cultivate a continuous improvement process throughout the entire team.
Requirements:
- A construction process system based on the four LEAN principles of "flow", "takt", "pull" and "zero defects".
