De Rotterdam
Rotterdam
De Rotterdam is a new construction of three connected high-rise towers with a height of 149 meters. What is unusual about the design by architectural firm OMA is the overhang of the towers of up to 8 m horizontally at a height of 80 m. The project is designed as a vertical city: high-quality offices (72,000 m²), 220 luxury apartments, a four-star hotel with 280 rooms and extensive conference facilities, stores, restaurants, fitness, 684 parking spaces and cultural facilities.
