New construction of an office building complex consisting of three buildings. Two of the three U-shaped buildings (buildings B+C) are connected by a continuous basement. The 4 upper floors are to be used primarily as offices and the ground floor as retail and conference space. Car parking spaces approx. 75 and approx. 550 bicycle parking spaces. The office complex is operated with a 100% green energy concept, which uses an innovative ice storage system in conjunction with heat pumps and photovoltaics (PV). Over 2,000 square meters of solar cells on the roofs contribute to the building's energy efficiency.
