New construction of a six-storey office building for 400 employees. The building has a green façade, an energy-efficient heat pump is installed for heating and cooling and a photovoltaic system on the roof ensures a largely self-sufficient power supply. To promote electromobility, a modern car charging infrastructure will be installed both in the underground car park and in front of the building for employees and guests.
