The modern residential complex consists of three six- and seven-storey buildings grouped around a landscaped courtyard with a playground. The ensemble also includes the "La belle Vie" daycare center, 138 underground parking spaces and a total of 186 apartments, 65 of which are rent-controlled according to the Düsseldorf model.
