Construction site 4 is an office building with 6 storeys and an underground car park with 80 parking spaces. The building completes the new development of the “Businessmile” quarter on the former post office site. The building was erected as a mirror image of the previously constructed Milestone 3 and was also rented in its entirety by JobRad. The ground and mezzanine floors contain workspaces, a café and a technical room. The upper floors 1-4 are exclusively office units with predominantly open-plan areas. JobRad employees can sit on the almost 100 m² roof terrace after work and enjoy the sunset on the Milestone 5C. There is a rock garden between the Milestone 3 and 4 buildings, where a Christmas tree up to a height of 12 m can be erected over the Christmas period. In the inner courtyard, as in Milestone 3, there are trellises with pipe winches and seating.
