New office building Tridea

The “Tridea” project (previously RS 76) is located in Munich-Bogenhausen. The project consists of two high-rise buildings (H100 approx. 100m and H60 approx. 60m) and a block of approx. 55m, which connects the two high-rise buildings. The use of the three buildings is mainly office use. Special uses in the block include a conference level, a casino level with a roof garden and external restaurant uses. A sky bar is planned on the H100. The three buildings stand on a shared base structure, which accommodates a three-storey underground car park, deliveries and special uses such as a multi-storey daycare center, a gym, the post office and workshops.
