ODE stands for 'Oosterdokseiland' and mainly comprises 65,000 m² of office space for the Booking.com site in Europe. The remaining space will be used for 42 high-quality apartments, restaurants and retail outlets. Parking spaces on 2 basement levels round off the new building.
