The RED in Berlin is a modern office tower with flexibly usable space on 14 floors. Characterized by a striking cubature and a façade made of recycled aluminium, the building combines sophisticated architecture with innovative technology. The focus is on sustainability: DGNB Gold certification was achieved, supported by energy-efficient building technology, photovoltaics, rainwater harvesting and a low-allergen building concept. Green roof terraces, loggias and an inner courtyard ensure a high quality of stay. The central location as well as e-mobility and bicycle facilities round off the future-oriented concept.
