New construction of a six- to seven-storey office building in Frankfurt's Europaviertel, right next to the F.A.Z Tower. The SEED is being planned in line with EU taxonomy and is aiming for QNG-Plus, DGNB and GREENPASS Gold certification. The primary energy supply via geothermal energy and photovoltaics is central to the sustainable design. This means that the building can later be operated virtually energy-independently and with low emissions.
In SEED, modern working environments for sustainable and new work requirements are becoming a reality: the optimized, flexible and efficient floor plans can be individually adapted to the design requirements of the new tenants. One highlight is the green multi-storey balconies and terrace areas, which, together with the elaborately planted inner courtyards, combine indoor and outdoor space. In addition, the new Nordplaza, located between the Kuhwaldsiedlung and the Europaviertel, is planned as an attractive meeting place for residents and office workers, including a new restaurant on around 400 m² in the SEED.
